Hi, I’m Daniel Phai.

I’m a Beverly Hills real estate agent with Keller Williams, and I help families and investors navigate competitive West Los Angeles markets with clarity and confidence.

Before real estate, I spent 12 years in the hospitality industry. That experience shaped how I run my business today — service-first, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially in multiple-offer situations, and my job is to bring strategy and stability to the process.

I’ve represented buyers and sellers across Beverly Hills, Culver City, and the greater Westside, including a recent $5 million sale. I’m also an active investor, which means I don’t just sell property — I think long-term about value, leverage, cash flow, and wealth building. That perspective helps my clients make smarter decisions, whether they’re purchasing their first home or repositioning an investment property.

My business is built on referrals, relationships, and consistent discipline. I believe great real estate isn’t about pressure — it’s about preparation, positioning, and protecting my clients’ best interests.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a long run, building my own portfolio, or teaching youth at my church.

My Approach

My approach to real estate is simple: preparation over pressure.

I believe the best outcomes don’t come from being aggressive — they come from being strategic. Every client I work with gets a clear plan, strong communication, and disciplined execution. Whether we’re competing in a multiple-offer situation on the Westside or preparing a property for market, I focus on positioning, negotiation leverage, and long-term value.

Because I’m also an investor, I naturally look at every transaction through both lenses — lifestyle and numbers. I’m constantly asking: Does this make sense not just today, but five years from now?

I don’t chase transactions. I build relationships. My business is referral-driven because I prioritize trust, transparency, and results over volume.

Real estate is emotional. My role is to bring clarity, calm, and strategy so my clients can make confident decisions.
