Recognition
2026 Los Angeles Magazine Real Estate All Star
Being named to this list by Los Angeles Magazine is one of the highest honors in Southern California real estate. It recognizes agents across LA who have demonstrated excellence in client service, market expertise, and results. I am humbled and motivated by it.
Thank you to every client who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Every friend who passed my name along. Every family member who believed in this path before I had the results to show for it. This kind of recognition only happens because of the people around you, and I do not take that lightly for a single moment.
October also brought two closings — San Marino and La Canada Flintridge — and I am heading into the fourth quarter feeling genuinely thankful. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

State of the Market
Los Angeles, October 2026
The LA market is entering the fall season in a balanced but watchful state. Prices are holding, inventory is slightly elevated compared to last year, and sellers who are serious and priced correctly are still getting deals done. The big story this month is rates. They have moved above 7% (MY GOODNESS!) for the first time since early 2025, which is changing the strategies for buyers and sellers alike.

7% Is a Number. Here Is How to Think About It.
The 30-year fixed rate hit 7.28% this week according to Freddie Mac (the highest it has been since early 2025). The driver is the same story we have been watching all year: geopolitical tension near the Strait of Hormuz keeping oil prices elevated, which keeps inflation sticky, which keeps rates up.
Here is the part that often gets lost in the headlines. October is historically the best month of the year for buyers in LA. Sellers are more negotiable in fall than at any other time (the average discount from list price in October is about twice what you see in spring). That means the rate environment is painful but the negotiating environment is the most favorable of the year. Those two things can offset each other more than people realize.
Watch: The CPI report drops October 10 and the Fed meets in late October. Both could move rates in either direction. If you are close to buying, talk to your lender now about locking before those releases.
